Today I received the tokens for the 5 victories in battleground, but the tokens never reached my account. I reset the game but nothing.

    Check your overflow stash.
    It says right there in the picture ...

    Check your stash. For some reason the rewards go to your stash where you have to claim them manually.

    It was solved. They really were there now after I reset the game again.

    It was changed this way several seasons ago to help us manage our inventory and not be autoclaimed, potentially losing out on elder marks and trophy tokens
