First quarter is usually tough for Kabam, in part because the preceding 6 months have so much spending on special events. Maybe if there is enough first quarter underperformance this year, they might release this deal for all.

Because of the nature of the deal, it'll probably stick to in-game. Aside from the Sigil (which is just a key to unlock stuff already in game), they haven't added any subscription offers to the webstore. Don't know the specifics of the issue, but it seems the webstore is for stuff you purchase once and the effects are immediate and done, while in game adds the things you purchase once but have an ongoing effect. Might just be more difficult to apply those things through a third-party, or they just wanted to bring exclusivity to things in different areas.
