We don't know what all Isophyne can really do yet but Chavez is a great champ right now. I would wait till tonight when we get Isophyne to test out for yourself to see if you like her playstyle. You can decide afterwards which champ suits your playstyle better.

The way I play is

MLLLL stun to purple dimension sp1 MLLLL stun for orange dimension immediately use striker MLLLL for the blue dimension that way I can regen 12% and throw sp2

Chavez doesn’t even need to be duped to be great the dupe helps yes but she is amazing even without it. Still waiting isophyne play but from what I seen on YouTube id go with Chavez

For stuff like ROL Chavez should definitely outperform Isophyne. Vegas video on her is very good at showing what she’s best at in my opinion.
