in Bugs and Known Issues
I reached uncollected but i received 6* champions in anniversary rewards. Now I come to know that my friends received 7* champions. Please solve the issue

    There's nothing to solve. Uncollected get 6 stars only.

    Oh sorry, i wrongly mentioned as 7*. I reached uncollected but i received 5* champions only. Except me all my friends received 6* champions

    Rewards dint change Even i reached uncollected early. I come to know that after i discussed with My friends

    Calendar doesn't update once it drops. If you became Uncollected after the calendar already came out, you're going to keep getting 5-star champions only.

    I am thronebreaker but did not get a 7* isophyne. I became thronebreaker before the anniversary rewards. I can't submit a ticket as I don't have access to my email I started the account with :/
