Tier 7 Basic Fragments

In opening crystals, I got some tier 7 basic fragments. However, when I went to inventory they weren't there. I restarted since they are new resources, but still not there. Anybody else have this issue?

    There's so little amount of T7 in those crystals that maybe the game doesn't even care for so little

    I just checked and the tier 7 has returned. I was hoping it was a visual thing.
