Banquet Buffet Bundle incorrect tickets issue

So I bought the Banquet Buffet Bundles and got 2x tickets each time I bought the bundles (I am now at 8 tickets I was at 0 before buying). However on the offer it said we would get 20x tickets each time we bought it. What is the right amount and what do I need to do to get my remaining tickets?

    That is fascinating. When I checked that offer when the event first dropped, it said you only get two banquet tickets. Seems like they updated it to the proper amount

    Same when I got the first 3 I got 2 tickets each got the last and got 20 tickets

    Dork has been tracking a thread on the same issue on the Discord. He suggested submitting a ticket to Support.

    Same thing happened to me. First purchase gave 2 tickets. Second one gave 20. I submit a support ticket but have yet to hear back yet. Hopefully they can fix it.

    And I'm proven wrong as it appears they sent out comp. Still frustrating when support just closes a ticket and sends you to the forums.

    If I buy one of these bundles will I get the 60 tickets from the remaining 3 bundles? I've seen multiple summoners (with photo evidence) that purchased ONE of the bundles, receive 72 tickets as compensation. So... if I buy a $50 dollar bundle, I should get 80 banquet tickets.

    That comp is for getting all 4 bundles. Each bundle purchased early on was short 18 tickets.

    Well, Kabam is handing it out to someone who bought one. He showed me the 3/4 in the store and his in game mail with 72 tickets. Will they admit the flub?
