I came into this banquet with one goal in mind. MEDUSA. I convinced myself the only thing I was after was Medusa and if I got her, everything else would be a bonus I was ready to excuse the UTTERLY RIDICULOUS SBC crystals as long as I got a Medusa. I SPENT ALL MY UNITS. 3 box keys NO MEDUSA.
I was upset but it was okay, everything I got from the banquet milestones were pretty good and I started to see where kabam were coming from when they said the SBC'S TRASH REWARDS were useful for 7 STARS. EVEN IF THOSE MINISCULE T6 CC shards made LITERALLY NO DIFFERENCE. However, I wouldn't have been able to take up my champs without the ISO'S and gold gotten from those SBC'S so I thought they were somewhat valid even tho THE DROP RATES WERE UTTERLY WORTHLESS.
Today, I decided to just go for it. I was READY TO DROP $150 FOR MEDUSA as I had a cosmic gem, glorious gem and resources to instantly max her out. I was left with 3 champs so that equalled a max of $150 for medusa.
Obviously I wanted to get her on the first try as the first try would get me to the r3 realm event gem. I DID NOT WANT TO GO FURTHER BECAUSE IF I GOT THAT TITAN SELECTOR MY BLOOD WILL BOIL BECAUSE KABAM cannot be serious with that TRASH reward. HOW COULD THEY MAKE THAT THE MAX MILESTONE REWARD. NONE OF THOSE CHAMPS WILL BRING ANY VALUE to ANY ACCOUNT.
I bought the first banquet bundle, NO MEDUSA INSTEAD they REWARD ME WITH THE WORST PULL YOU COULD EVER RECEIVE FROM THAT CRYSTAL, A *SENTRY* . I said to myself, that's fine, I had a budget. I was going to try again.
COME TO FIND OUT, YOU CAN ONLY PURCHASE THAT BUNDLE ONCE!!! And if I wanted to try again I had to drop $100 for an ODIN TO GAIN 1 JUST 1 KEY which could STILL NOT AWARD ME THE CHAMPION I WAS AIMING FOR.
THIS IS JUST CRAZY, WHY COULDN'T THEY MAKE THE CAP FOR THE VALIANT BUNDLE 3 KNOWING DAMN WELL THAT WAS ALL IT WOULD TAKE TO MAX OUT THE CHARACTERS. INSTEAD THEY CHOOSE TO MAKE IT DOUBLE THE DAMN PRICE.
HAD I KNOWN THAT I HAD TO SPEND $100 IF I DIDN'T GET MEDUSA ON THE FIRST TRY, I WOULD'VE COMPLETELY BACKED OUT FROM THIS IDEA.
I JUST LOST $50 AND I GOT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OF VALUE OUT OF IT.
"why didn't kabam make the limit 3"? I'll TELL YOU WHY BECAUSE THEY'RE SIMPLY GREEDY AND SELFISH. YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CARE ABOUT YOUR PLAYER BASES SATISFACTION AS LONG AS YOU KNOW THEY'LL BUY WHATEVER YOU GIVE THEM.
There is also no reason why BUNDLES or DEALS for champions should even COST THIS MUCH because this is literally HOW MUCH YOU SPEND TO BUY A PS5 GAME IN FULL. But for some reason they've succeeded in RAISING the PRICES FOR THESE DEALS and we the players just Go along with it. That's what keeps the game running.
HAD YOU ACTUALLY HAD A BIT OF COMPASSION AND WEREN'T SO DISCONNECTED FROM THE AVERAGE PLAYER, YOU WOULD'VE PUT THAT VALIANT BUNDLE LIMIT AT 3 INSTEAD OF 1. You choose to make it twice as expensive SIMPLY because you just can.
It took me 5 years to realize what your players say about you because I have always looked up to and trusted this company even in their controversial decisions. Now I realize you're nothing short of greedy. And this doesn't matter to you because I am just 1 PLAYER.
BUT I SWEAR, AFTER THE EVENTS THAT TRANSPIRED TODAY, I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT ON THIS GAME. Have the day you deserve.

I feel that we were misguided in purchasing / obtaining event tickets that were then to be exchanged for event tokens and then eventually into crystals. When someone purchases tickets with their money, odds to win and/or definition of value must be clearly identified. I felt that it was dishonest of Kabam not to give points for the crystals purchased with the event tickets/tokens. A lot of animosity could have been avoided if the point values were issued with all other purchases (300 points per SBC). Kabam can still take the opportunity to correct this error.

This I completely agree with and that would probably smooth things over a little. Those of us who rebought under the pretense we were preparing to earn points for banquet by buying ahead hot a big middle finger with the loss of 300 points per crystal. I personally lost 6000 points I bought(not the free ones) in daily deals. I started off with 20 crystals I bought through the deals for 3 months. That’s a lot of points lost that were not revealed to us would count for less points in the livestream where they were talked about. I would never have stocked up if I had known I wouldn’t get full points.
After popping a few more, I’m further convinced: SBCs are ****.
I don’t care whether the milestones are super cool. Spending for **** so you can get points toward an event that might award things that aren’t **** is (in my opinion) a poor design. The event deserves whatever abuse is heaped upon it.
To be honest the mile stone rewards were ok but the crystals were aweful. Only reason I participated was milestones gave rank up materials I needed. Where the crystal gave virtually nothing of value. I've played this game for the majority of it's existence. When gifting was offered as holiday only option and buying a badge wasn't needed, the crystals were exciting. This year they were about as wonderful as the 2024 FY U.S. economy...far from the desired outcome. The surrounding events, giveaways and build up to holiday event was done well. It just appear you'll ran out of money, which is ironic as the gifting/banquet event purpose to to generate you'll revenue before the slow down of final period of fiscal year. Want to sell more crystals... do better on rewards and drop rates

I mean the information tab says when you click it to spend the Banquet tickets at the store in the Traders Outpost but when I go there there's no items or anything that I can buy with those Banquet tickets. And I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it to see if there's any new updates but there wasn't. So do I get anything with these tickets?

TBH I am not keen on events where the main rewards are rng based, means some people luck out and some get nothing so having decent milestones where everyone gets something for spending is not in itself a bad idea, the problem is that the crystals were that poor that the event became solely about buying the milestones which begs the question why bother with the charade of the crystals at all, why not just another Black Friday style event. I don’t often have complaints about the game, it’s a great game that you can enjoy regardless of if you choose to spend or not but obviously if you do spend you want to feel you bought something of value and unfortunately the contents of the crystals were way off mark. Normally alliance chat rooms are full of postings of what got pulled from crystals, not this year ☹️☹️.
Just to further add, I am not overlooking the value of the milestones, they were pretty good everyone is r3 champs like crazy 😂😂😂 just think it’s a real pity that the crystals weren’t a little more generous as well It doesn’t look like 600 units worth does it. I bought those 2 for the last milestone but they pretty much resemble all the crystals I bought and opened in this account and I got to the ranking gem. Again.. milestone rewards were good but this is all you felt you were really buying.
I have a feeling crashed is going to be as absent from livestreams for a while as he has been since posting this thread. He’s going to get absolutely roasted. You crashed really lost the community’s trust along with the others on the stream by blatant lies about less fillers and all the hype building up to banquet.

Next time READ BEFORE YOU BUY SOMETHING. It clearly indicates the purchase limit on every bundle in the store. This is user error.
