Mephisto's soul imprisonment. [Not A Bug]

Why isn't mephisto's Soul imprisonment working against Dr voodoo? He regenerates in start. Is it a bug or it's designed that way against voodoo?

    It might be voodoos 100% ability accuracy bypassing the imprisonment

    If Dr. Voodoo is awakened, his regen to start the fight triggers and works even though soul imprisonment triggers as well. If Voodoo isn’t awakened, the beginning of the fight regen gets nullified by soul imprisonment.

    @KabamWolf As soon as I enter the fight with Voodoo using my Mephisto, voodoo regenerates. @Fixyourgame enlightened, thanks for the help.
