Settings screen not scrolling

Recently the settings screen doesn't scroll downwards. Can't change any settings lower down in settings panel.
i.e. menu frame rate and below unaccessible.
Anyone else getting this ?

Sometimes that dialog box gets “stuck”.
The game itself doesn’t freeze up, but that dialog box has it's scrolling affected, might happen after doing a lot of stuff in game since last opened.

Just close (which by now, you will have probably done), and re-open (which I’m sure you'll obviously do before going back in and doing more stuff).

But, (above), now that Settings should be good again.
