Not really, no. Has his uses but I’d be disappointed with him as a Titan pull, especially.

Well that sucks, I've been saving my Titan shards for 3 months for one Titan crystal. At least he looks really cool and has a high PI, so I'll take it as a win.

He’s not too bad, I’d make a case he’s a great defender, so many shock immune champs.

I like him personally. Good utility and solid damage, there are definitely worse champions in the titan crystal

I'd put him at a solid A tier. He's not tier above all like say, Hulkbuster, Red Skull, Starky, but he's not bad at all. He's not very fast for BGs, better for other content with some decent utility.

Yeah he’s mostly a niche champ just because there are other techs that shock and power control better than him, but in situations where his prowess punishment gets going he can get some crazy damage going. Some of his value depends on what other techs you already have.
