Question for Necro experts…

Chuck_FinleyChuck_Finley Member Posts: 1,339 ★★★★★
I was a one path Aegon guy last year. Besides the she hulk challenge, haven’t touched it since. On the verge of the getting the full deathless team…and not having Shuri and Wong…. Is the deathless team going to make exploration easier (thanos will be ranked highly) or are they roadblocked on some paths?

If you have deathless she hulk, I recommend testing her out on labyrinth star lord. Rotation, spam sp2s and bait specials. You'll see why the deathless challenge will be possibly the easiest(close competition with wong)

The question is which path? Sauron or Titania? right side isn’t the best for these champs with fights such as S99 or silver centurion, but won’t the tranquilize on Titania path hinder deathless she-hulk?

Both paths work just fine, you just need to have the fear up to prevent the annoying unblockables

Thanos grants her a synergy that makes her debuffs immune to aar when fighting non skills so i assume she will go crazy for the titania path.
Good shout thanks. I assume deathless guilly with her nullify synergy will take care of Aarkus?

Are people thinking that She-Hulk (and maybe Thanos) will be the main workhorses?

I’m wondering who to prioritize ranking up. I know Vision can just be ignored as he’d only be used for the reversed control phase.

Yep! The neutralize will also help

Im personally going to leave she hulk at either rank 1 or 2 because she can punch up like crazy. A rank 1 can solo a lot of stuff so I'd rather give the extra firepower to someone like guillotine instead of going for the overkill.

So is deathless team just going to be good for a couple of paths? Or could they do most of them (for general exploration?)

I can seem them doing about 2, but ngl I would just suggest running a kate team if you have her since she is probably the most revive efficient team

Thanos should be coldsnap immune, so you would need to choose to either avoid the coldsnap but deal with the power gain, or avoid the power gain and deal with the coldsnap.

Or ya know, Vision deals with both I guess, but that's a yolo move.

Do his passives grand him alot of powergain
? What's more preferable playing w coldsnap or his passive powergains, i reckon one turtle up and you're f'ed he goes to sp3 and gg

I think deathless guilly is the best bet. That power gain can get out of control and she deals pretty good damage especially with class advantage, and the synergies that boost her ability to stack souls will help boost her damage. R2 would probably be recommendable however

Coldsnap is more of an issue on the 2nd half of the necropolis charges, while manageable on the first half. The power gain is an issue for the entirety of the fight.

Sauron path is what I'm probably going to do, I played around with the titania path yesterday. You don't really need to parry her or anyone for that matter even if thanos synergy didn't exist. With 20 trauma you'll get them in the corner just continously sp1ing. Most of the time titania specials immediatly once you finish your 5 hit, and that will only get more common the longer the fight goes on. Thanos also has a huge dps output himself.

Both yeah, she hulk is also going to be very good for this aw season. She's decay and white-list. Fights over in an sp2 most times. (Cides and boosts) r2

I have all my deathless champs sitting at r2 right now but plan on r3ing she hulk and maybe more if need be to make the run a little easier. She will probably be the work horse of the run imo.

I'll be r3 She hulk and one other - I'm thinking Thanos. Do you think Guilly99 would be more valuable at r3? Everyone is at r2 already. @Hulk808

All you need is r5 aegon you can just explore necropolis blindfolded.

Not exactly revive or unit efficient though.

Where are you going to spend your revives or units then lol. None of these deals seem exciting nowadays, and you can easily stash 60 revives a month via apo and DSE. Enough for a average aegon run. That's how I did my exploration (Although I spent some units as well).

Yeah, you may be right, I blew a ton of revives with Aegon the first time. I can easily take him to R5 now. And I can probably learn to play him better too. I just remember Shuri and Wong as 7 stars can save you a bunch of revives without a ridiculous amount of skill if I recall. Kate can also but the skill requirement is a lot more it seems.

I used shuri only on one run, and as a 6* r4 ascended. Only used her for attuma and namor, which she did in a total of 3 revives.

Wong could be great for necro and you can wait for sometime, So you can do the necro half challenges in the meantime.

Actually if you have 7* sinister or onslaught, and 7* serpent/odin you can do the mutant and cull worthy challenge as full runs since both pools have great everest options and also can handle reverse controls pretty well with reverse control immune options for gm.

I think I am going to wait to do anything necropolis… if I can find a guide for the deathless path other than the Titania path (when we can get thanos) I will burn my revives there… and get a path knocked out without aegon.

The cull worthy I did but it was on the path of I did before,, but the mutant onslaught challenge might work. Haven’t done that path but I do have both of those as 7 stars and just picked up prof x today… never really played him before.

I’m thinking Thanos also. And if I had to go with one more it would be Guilly too. Just hard to bring up someone for one quest and not use ever again. We will see. But I’m pretty much thinking the same as you.

You don't need Prof x. Onslaught and sinister can handle most fights. Psychoguy is a roadblock on first half red mags might work for him.

On second half most fights are managable just know that you can't dex opponents specials for 8 seconds if you throw one.

Sinister is a real mvp he has great damage especially at r3 and has a very flexible rotation.
