Alliance Rank rewards unable to claim

Good Evening,

I came back for the 10x10 supply drop so I was not in a alliance until about 14 days ago. I whaled out a bit on gifting crystals, saw my points go up so didn't stress about the points not counting for the alliance event just thought i had to wait out the timer. Today the timer expired and no way to claim rewards. I'm slightly confused about this. Any help letting me claim my rewards would be great.

    And were you probably inside the game at the time the timer expired ?

    And before posting here, you exited game, restarted game, and verified that it wasn’t just the common issue of things not “applying” automatically while you are in a running instance of game at the time ?

    Were you able to claim them, now that you reopened the game ?

    (Same goes for someone else's more recent post about showing required points was met, but not able to claim. And was NOT a case of red box saying they still haven’t been in alliance long enough. That was probably their issue too)
