Help Linking to Kabam account

My account is linked to Game Center so I can’t enter promo codes. So far I have missed out on so many promo codes like the 7* crystal during cyber weekend and the 7* guardian.
I want to link my account to a kabam account so I can enter promo codes and buy things in the web store instead of in game. Everytime I try to connect to a Kabam account it just creates a whole new account and I have to reinstall the game to get my Game Center account back.
I one time contacted Kabam to help me but they gave impossible security questions that I don’t remember because I made the account when I was young. Can anyone help me???
