The thing with that is people probably already spent the units so they are out of luck. This is why you do buy immediately as more rewards usually come as we get closer to the holiday.
That's probably legit. Whenever I've interacted with their customer service regarding a wrongful purchase (which is, well, once), they've been pretty cool about it as long as you haven't used up whatever it is that you bought. That's generally also been the experience of some people I know when they've contacted Kabam for similar issues.
Even if you have used up the units as such and they therefore can't straight-up cancel the purchase, I'd try to ask if they can't comp you the extra stuff that you missed out on. I can't in any way guarantee that it'll work, but it doesn't hurt asking. Based on my interactions with them, I'd guess that there's at least a decent chance that they help you out.
This is Kabam’s standard refund policy. As long as the purchased item is unused, they can retract it from your account and give you your money back. Just make sure you do it through Kabam and not the App/Play stores, or else you’ll get hit with contest credits
Last 4th of July i bought the wrong odins on the store, they refunded the money and I was able to buy the right odins back... Not sure if its similar situations. I did leave the units untouched though.
