Spiral didn't reach to their opponent during sp1

Hey kabam, i recently got my 7* spiral So whenever I play with it, sometimes in the middle of sp1(after 1-2 hits)Opponent automatically uses block and this has happened to me many times and because of that I have lost many times in BG and war, so I want you to check this issue once
