Lagging and Performance Issues when running on 60FPS and Orange screen when running on 30FPS

Device Operating System: Android 14 and One UI 6.1
Cellular or Wifi: On Both Network
Game Version: Last Updated 11th December 2024
Game Mode: All Game Mode especially in Event Quest
Description of Issue: The lag and performance issue began when the Frame rate was introduced. Though, I love the introduction. At 60FPS, fights are nearly impossible to complete without a boost and health potion because the champions are not responsive and the screen turns orange sometimes. At 30FPS, the screen sometimes turns orange but no lagging or performance issues.
Kindly find attached a recent event quest I completed. I wish there was a way to send the video but the images are from the same fight.
