MS_ID_UI_OK Error Code

A buddy of mine has this issue where he can’t log in and all it says is the error code “MS_ID_UI_OK”. This has been occurring for over 2 days and still doesn’t let him log in. All it shows for him is the image presented here.
His mcoc username is Akmiitsu and he just wants to play the game again. If anyone can help or fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

    I forgot to add that he is stuck/frozen in a tutorial after he clicked continue in the homescreen with the error message.
