Science awakening gem!

I got myself a science awakening gem and could either dump it into Spider-Punk, hope to get Count Nefaria eventually or wait for a new champ, pretty much got all the other good ones duped.
Also I could take Count and Punk to Sig 160 instantly.

Really need the help with this one.
