Help! I don't recive any mail from kabam

I would like to know why am I not getting any mails from kabam
I have linked my mail and kabam id in game.
Still what I have to do to get normal mail.
Today my alliance members shared a SS of their stat send my kabam
And i didn't receive
What should I do to get them
Any help and suggestions on that

    In the game settings select "email preferences" and ensure "personalised stats and gifts" is selected.

    It doesnt come at the same time for everyone. It may take a full week to arrive

    I have enabled them still I didn't see any
