I accidentally clicked on a pop up offer from Kabam and immediately reported it to refund 1700units, instead Kabam accused me of opening the crystals and not refunding me. What a **** deal, very disappointing

    Did you open the crystals tho? If you did, oh well. Be more careful in the future.

    They have the data, they can't "accuse" you of anything, they let you know that they can't refund you because you used items that were purchased. That's how it works.
