What is going on with the missed hits???

Is this a bug , I hit and it does nothing is like hitting the air, it happened many times using Prowler, has anyone experienced this? Really this season node is already nonsense enough to add the bugs on top of it. This together with the AI specially while fighting against Red skull? Is like he literally hold block forever
