Why can’t I claim this milestone?

Not sure why I can’t see a claim button for the units when I reached the milestone for the alliance banquet milestones. Maybe I’m not understanding something but that’s what this thread is for.

For the units it’s, 1440 points, and I have 1,500 points?

I haven’t since my units didn’t do up, and I always keep track of my units when grinding arena. Plus, I didn’t claim anything.

I haven’t since my units didn’t do up, and I always keep track of my units when grinding arena. Plus, I didn’t claim anything.

were you with your Alliance at the start of the event? Have you tried exiting out of the game and coming back in? Have you checked your overflow in inventory for unclaimed rewards that these might have flowed into?

@spidyjedi84 yeah I was in the alliance at the start of the event. Tried exiting in and out of the game, and checked my stash often. No units. I might need to contact support.

Then it would show up with the word “Claimed” next to those milestones.

Since your first 2 Milestones also do NOT show as being “Claimed”, and since you said you were in Alliance “at the start of the event” (but I gather, probably NOT 14 days PRIOR to event starting).

That means you probably had contributed your points, and just now have crossed the 14 Day requirement time.

But it has been seen by others, that doesn’t automatically make them claimable yet.
You have to open 1 more crystal (add some more points), for it to be “kickstarted” into opening them up to be claimable.

Closing/opening game, in this case, is not enough. Just open at least 1 more crystal (there will be another crystal coming, as you gift another 1 or 2 Accolades to teammates, in case you didn’t have anymore Units to spend).

(*for any lawyers out there, the announcement DID imply that points shouldn’t even count until you were in at least 14 days. So change was at least a benefit to player, they were at least counted prior to that. But still need to contribute something AFTER that 14 days to get rewards)
