accidental rank up

I went to ascend my 6 star terrax, and i accidentally took him to rank 5. I didn’t want to use those t6 cosmic cats on him. I haven’t touched him since, is there anything I can do?

Submit a support ticket, they will reverse if you haven’t leveled him after the rank up

I accidentally ranked up my 5* Aegon once instead of my 4* one and submitted a ticket, playing in the meantime, waiting for a response.
