Would you rather have Magik and Quake...

If they received a buff or change in their kits? I for one, love Magik, she's a badass in the comics and I enjoy reading her and even playing with her, but it sucks we can't actually use right now in the game due to the low rarity, the same goes with Quake.
I saw a post point out that people rather have them weak but with the same abilities than have them changed, but let's be honest, who's using them on relevant content? Even on Event and Story quest they seem irrelevant. What are your thoughts?

History suggests that there is a 15% chance their kit changes/buff would make them useful. So it doesn’t matter whether they stay 5 stars or get nerfed into oblivion as 7 stars. The only sure impact of a change will be negative for new alt accounts starting up.

This question always returns every year at this point if they want to do it they should on their own accord than community voice since who ever uses them after change they get used if they stay how are they wont get used

Only change the 6 and 7 star versions, keep the rest the same
