Aim assist or red faced?

I’m struggling choosing between these two champions - Redskull (unduped) and Bullseye (unduped)

Obviously both have serious defensive qualities but redskull has better matchups on attack also. Who would you rank?

Bullseye can definitely take out some annoying matchups, he is not the fastest but have decent damage and great utility with shutting down evade, autoblock and miss effectively. He is one of my last resort photon and science evaders counter.
