What's the reason why I got banned

I think I played this game for almost 7 years. I got 3 accounts and I'm a leader of a alliance. I spent money on this game coz I really like it but I got a message that my 2nd account is permanently banned and I don't know the reason why they banned me. I message here coz idk how to contact kabam.

    But for real community cant help u its a support but every ban post theres been a reason so there must be a reason why ur 2nd account got banned like does it belong to someone else and ur borrowing it did u do content, did u play on an emulator or third party software
