Advice on a bug

Hi,

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but I play on android and have a bug, I was looking at the achievements and it's saying I haven't done Act 2 but I have 100% Completion on it

    You’re trying to equate Google Play Achievements with what your status is in the game.
    After many revamps of ACT's over the life of game.

    Also of note, where it says only 3% of players have Completed ACT-1, but yet 4% of players have reached Summoner Level 30.

    (if Google's usage of the term “Complete” is same as how the game uses it, compared to “Explore”, I find it hard to believe that 1% of people could have reached Level 30 WITHOUT having completed ACT-1)
