Traded Platinumpool pieces and got nothing

So I managed to get all of the pieces for the 5 star version and traded them and got nothing. The pieces are gone and if I go to the shard crystal it says I need the head piece. What gives?

    You traded the 5 pieces for the “Hearts” crystal ? (or whatever it's called)

    Then you should have the Hearts crystal in your Crystals inventory.
    Still have to OPEN that, to get the actual PlatPool champ.
