Qualification for alliance banquet rewards

Hey everyone, so i joined an alliance before the banquet event started and when it started i couldn't claim any rewards from the alliance event, it said that i am not qualified for rewards yet and that i will qualify in a few days, when these days ended and i was qualified, for some reason i can't claim any rewards, did anyone encounter this issue?

    Pop another Crystal now that you’re fully eligible for rewards, and the rest should open up. It did for me.

    No it does not, I just did it on my alt which is in the same situation. Looks like we've contributed to the ally points but somehow we are not able to claim the rewards.

    Did you join the alliance before or after the event started?

    You have to be in the alliance for 14 Days total minimum.

    If you have more than 14 Days in that alliance, then close the app completely and open it back up.

    If that doesn’t work, head to the webstore ( https://store.playcontestofchampions.com ) and claim your free items to see if its just a system lagging error, maybe that’ll refresh your rewards.

    Before, not sure yet if I've been in the alliance for 14 days already... Thing is, all my personal points are counted in the ally event, I can just not claim the items.

    Ironic, I just realized my mistake... I confused personal points needed and minimum for the threshold for the entire alliance... No issue after all...

    Yes, per your last pic.

    (first, is it basically just you and 1 other person in that alliance ? You’ve got more than half the total alliance points so far).

    Alliance points in that pic need to be above 12,000 to claim that 2nd milestone. Even though you've met the individual requirement portion of the Ally Event.

    And Alliance was only at 8,000 so far.

    Yeah it worked, turns out i had to reach another milestone first
