Which skill champions should I rank up to R3

I got enough materials for ranking up to R3 for 1 skill champion only, which one should I choose ?

If you need an attacker, Black Cat. Defender, Bullseye

Bullseye is the best dual threat here and it’s not even close. Xbones is close but he’s not as good of a defender

May be wait till next week for sables buff info.. I got the 2-3 skill waiting on the update

The bones is awesome in a range of content. Going to be great into safeguard meta next season as he bypasses the node and mix master I believe he can also cause the evade to fail. Usable in the carina's for a solo on S2099 which reinvests into your account. Bullseye is also a good pick but aside from battlegrounds I find he's a struggle to use anywhere else.
