What are some best Champs in general for Act 7? (any champ that helped you a lot to clear Act 7 easily)

Also, please suggest me any good candidates to rank up from the below

Sinister should go as high of rank as possible for you, with ascension.

I never got the 7 star Sinister, but this guy has put in more work than any of my other champions.

Also, I have a 5 star Ghost (unranked) which might be useful for Act 7 (although I did complete 7.1 without her), is she worth ranking up considering she's a 5 star champ?

Not really. i hv r5a 6* of her, still don't use her much, unless thr a node with lot of DOT. With the bosses cming up in later act 7, she's just not gonna be vey useful for u. ur better of investing in Someone like silk, Sinister, hulkling, and photon.
