No, the milestones up to a million are all the rewards. Once you hit the 1 million, you can stop that arena. There will be no further rewards.
The shards (enough for the 5* crystal) are the reward.

I'm assuming English isn't your first language, but what i got from this is that you reached 1 million in the 1-2 star arena and want to know if you will continue to get more 5 star shards if you continue to do the arena? the answer to that is no, once you get 1 million points you can no longer get more rewards from that arena.

5* shards can be won from ranking in the arenas, from duplicating a 4* you already have, from winning alliance wars with your alliance, completing the higher difficulty acts and monthly quests. Quite a few ways, just play the game and they will come. They aren't in the milestones for the normal arenas though.

To claim the 10 thousand 5 star shards from that arena you click "view rewards" right next to the "continue" button. then just claim all the rewards there.
