Livestream tomorrow confirmed!

Here to give you the official (minus me being any sort of authority on Kabam comms) word from Kabam on tomorrow's livestream happening, because apparently we need to dig for info ourselves instead of getting proactive communication!

9am PST. Content unknown. Twitch drops underwhelming. Promo code? Giveaway? You decide.

Any info on the champion rebalances (Arcade, Northstar, Silver Sable)?

I’m curious how this is gonna go, and how they will talk about banquet. Cause if you just look at the realm event, lots of participation there. However, people are not happy. Hopefully this livestream can help calm things down, not make things worse. I’m afraid of it being the latter.

Oh, it's going to be the latter, no matter how contrite they are.
I think so too. Hopefully we are both wrong

It's a no-win situation for kabam. They can say nothing and people will he mad. They can show the data and explain that those complaining make up the vocal minority (which I assume is the case) and people will be mad. They can say that it wasn't up to expectations and spend time talking about the feedback they received, and people would still be mad. They can give everyone free rewards and people will still be mad.

All that said, I'm still interested to hear their viewpoint on banquet and how they felt it did
This is true, you can’t please everyone. I’m right there with you. I’m very interested to see how tomorrow goes

They will probably disregard/ignore talking about it entirely.

Will there be Twitch drops again, or can we just watch on Youtube?

I believe there will be but the stream should be on both twitch and YouTube

It's the holidays. I get why the Game Team isn't scouring the forums. Something as simple as "Hey Summoners, we won't have much in the way of official communication over the next couple of weeks. We'll get back to regular posting/communication after the New Year...." Unfortunately, that communication never went out and it leaves people to their own devices/theories. Is what it is.

In a way I really hope the chat go crazy over the Banquet, but at the same time there is quite literally nothing that’s gonna happen and will be ignored and chat will be unenjoyable much like last stream.

I fear that the chat will only be worse. They really weren't super interactive with the chat the couple streams before, so I don't really see the point of the chat anyway. But last months stream was exceptionally bad and they didn't have anyone prepped to deal with it.

Unless they ask about the banquet directly most of them will probably not care

Speaking of rewards and streams, where has KabamDORK been all month? Haven’t heard from him since

Who knows. He's got one post on here in each of the last two months. Obviously interacting with the forums isn't worth his time.
When you put it like that and then I see 100+ discord posts in the last 2 weeks from him, we know where the focus is.

I have a question, if I cast twitch stream on my TV, does app take that into consideration of watch time and make me eligible for drops ? I had some issues with this on previous stream where it did not properly account in my watch time.

As long as you are logged into your twitch account, yes. I watched the last stream exclusively on my TV and only hopped into the app for typing in giveaways.

am logged in on my cell, but using Google Chromecast which does not have native twitch or any apps. It just casts video stream. Last time , after 30 mins of watch time on TV, it showed only 5 mins on my app in cell.

I would think that it should be fine, but if it didn't work last time then it might not this time. Not sure why it wouldn't work though.
