7* Witch sigil points

Does anyone know how long the 7* witch will be available in the Sigil store? And will the points roll over to the next person if I don’t want her? Or can they only be used to get her the same way Nightcrawler was setup?

She has been the only champ directly available in the Sigil since it's implementation, and unless their update is a full overhaul it is highly unlikely to change. So the points are, and likely always will be, only good for her.
