Necro Shang Chi bugged

It's the first time I'm doing this path and and I'm also doing the Out of this World Challenge, so pardon me if I'm mistaken, but I'm at the last phase of Shang Chi, and the first Wushu charge I'm trying to use is the MM one, it gets unreadied but he gets no Chi Charges, only after I do the MLM one. Is there something I should know?

Plus, the She Hulk objective says fully complete one of the six challenges to the get the last piece, it means I have to go all the way to Sunspot to get it, or beating Shang Chi is enough? Fully means both parts of the challenge right?

Is he throwing an SP2 before you try to replace the MM? I am pretty sure they don't reset after an SP1, so you need to knock him down with a heavy after his SP1 or push him to SP2.

Last phase the heavy doesn't work. That's something I need help as well, I don't quite understand how the last phase works.

But what I'm referring to is, when all the Wushu strikes are ready, I do MM combo for disarming strike (slow), but he doesn't get a Chi Charge from it, which he should gain everytime you he gets a Wushu Strike. Only when I do MLM he gets the Chi Charge

Could be ability accuracy reduction, they greatest of all the summoners banes.

Well if he is below 18% and you have the assassins mastery that can occasionally cause issues. But if it's happening above 18% too, the it could be a bug. I don't recall having issues with it myself, but that doesn't mean I didn't.
