When was Classic Thanos buffed?

I got 7* Vision from the realm selector, but after seeing Nagase's showcase video, classic thanos was somehow good? When did his buff go live? I saw no deep dive or post about his buff. If I had the knowledge that he was buffed, I would have picked him.
