With the new Deathless Thanos trailer a certain Dark Avenger has finally made his appearance into the battlerealm. My personal theory is that Ares will be one of the Feburary Champs (since Deathless Saga lasts 2 months)

You clearly haven't read ares' comics. Why would he help herc? Unless there is something in it for him. He just doesn't strike me as the "I will kindly help Hercules" kinda guy from what I've read

More likely, the February champions will be related to the movie Captain America: Brave New World. As far as we know, April is Spiderverse month, and Thunderbolts* comes out in May (which also looks like we'll be getting the Thunderbolts in May) and I don’t think Kabam they would have delayed Ares release for so long, so it should have been at most 2-3 months after the announcement, so I think March would be suitable for this

The leaker didn't confirm it, he data mined it and said he needed skill catalysts. The top of his page also says things can change.

If he ends up being playable superior class then fair enough but I have no clue how that can work

So think about this, if it's datamined, they always use placeholders until it actually drops in game. They probably use superior class as a placeholder to keep things "secretive". But by saying he needs skill cats, which ares should 100% be a skill champ, what conclusions do you draw from that?

Actually, no. I thought so too, but there was no advertising campaign, like in the case of Deadpool 3 and like in the case in 2023 with Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Quantomania and Captain Marvel 3
