Accidently left my alliance and missed out on rewards.

As of the recent Grand Banquet Event, I made a silly mistake. So I was in my alliance for months even before the banquet started. And when it eventually came to the event, I did contribute points yo the alliance and helped out what I could. So I was within the 14 day blackout period. This is where my mistake came in. So we were 12 days into the event with 2 days left to go, my alliance was pushing to get the 2 final milestones. The 5k titan shards and the banquet key. Prior to that, I went to press the help button in my alliance tab. Then I accidently pressed leave alliance.

Then I quickly rejoined and found out that I was "too late" in doing the alliance to receive any rewards. The 2 milestones that was left, the 5k titan shards and the banquet key, which my alliance did eventually hit, I missed out on them because I accidently left my long term alliance. This also means I missed out on the ranked rewards as well.

Now I'm not here to cause an argument or anything and I do own up to my own mistake. But it feels pretty bad that I was helping out the alliance quite well until my mistake. I sent my ticket to kabam and due to the amount of tickets they have received, I got my reply a few days later, which was very understandable considering how many tickets they have received. And the reply I got was the same. Which I felt like they have missed my point for it. Because they keep repeating about the 14 day blackout period which I was very aware of. But I just made this mistake.

I just want to write this for better understanding. Is it possible for me to still get my alliance ranked rewards and the 2 final alliance milestone rewards? Because I feel like I'm missing out a little bit here. If anyone has any other suggestions, please feel free to comment on it. Thanks!

Help button and leave alliance button are "miles" apart on the screen

Submit a Request to support.

They may be able to bridge that momentary lapse from alliance and give you your Alliance Rank Rewards.

And maybe Milestones too, if you were unfortunate enough to have NOT claimed them after your 14 days, prior to accidentally leaving.

I Actually am aware of that. My issue was me making the mistake which I owned up to but at the time, I was playing on 2 devices. In which my main was on one and my other account on another. I guess I was going through some sort of brain confusion cause I wanted to leave the alliance on my other account, not my main.

That's why that happened. I get what you mean though. haha. It was just my brain seems to malfunction at the time and likely now I know, I can't multitask haha.

I did send a ticket in but they kept saying that there is a 14 day blackout period, in which I am aware about. I might have explained it in a way that was confusing. I might try to reply to them via the help support ticket again but I just wanted to try and post a discussion on the forums to say whether Kabam would respond on here as well.

Regardless, if I don't get the rewards due to my OWN mistake, then fair enough. But I feel like I'm missing out basically cause I did spend time playing and investing in the event and would like something to show for it. I'll try responding to them once more though, thanks for the feedback!
