Still no rebalancing info for Northstar and Arcade

C’mon Kabam, I wouldn’t even be mad if you came out and said that you guys didn’t have time over the holidays to finish the buffs and had to push them back to February or something, but just tell us what’s going on. You obviously heard people asking about the buff info since you added a note about Sable’s buff in the update notes and updated her champ spotlight with the new kit after people asked. Do we just have to wait for the update to drop tomorrow to know what the deal is with the other two?

No mention of Northstar or Arcade.
The end of the post specifically calls out the three champions being in the Jan build. The other post on how the buff cadence is changing, also mentions “Sable and company” still being buffed in Jan.
I know plans change, but there’s been no updated communication (at least in the forums).

Bad news, Northstar is definitely bugged and not dealing any Reverb damage. He’s basically useless right now.
16 second slow is not good
they already said that they are going to remove the stun with his rebalancing update
Arcade:
• Sp2 now generates tokens if the final hit is dodged (so basically always now).
• Knocking down Arcade now only removes 2 tokens (down from 5).
• Shock debuff when triggering auto-block deals significantly more damage over a shorter duration (3 seconds, down from 10).
• Poison debuffs from the poisonous cloud are stronger.
Northstar:
• Total momentum reduced to 6 (down from 10).
• Speed burst cooldown reduced by 3 seconds per momentum, for a total of 6 seconds cooldown at max ramp.
• Special attacks no longer passively stun at max momentum.
• Specials have a 5% chance per momentum to grant a prowess buff, up to 30% (used to be 4% per momentum to a max of 40%).
• Prowess potency increased from 9% to 12%, but max cap reduced from 40 to 30 (same total potency at max cap).
• Sp1 slow still has base duration of 10 seconds. Now only grants 1 second duration per momentum to a max of 16 seconds (I’m really hoping this one is a text error, this is a pretty big hit when it used to be 30 seconds at max ramp).
• Reverb potency increased from 8% to 12%, but max cap reduced from 35 to 25.
• Sp3 now boosts Northstar’s chances by 200% instead of 110%, but only stacks once instead of twice.
• Sig ability physical resist is now +3 seconds per momentum instead of +2 (max duration of 24 seconds now instead of 26).
Do add any that I missed.
Was he really rebalanced Or am I just playing him wrong?
Judging by those low poison numbers, you aren’t doing a good enough job keeping the opponent locked in the corner with the poisonous cloud up. That was always where the bulk of Arcade’s damage came from, and it’s the only major thing that was buffed for Arcade offensively.
