Silver Sable

The best champ is Arcade, but I'd say the best rebalance is Silver Sable. I can actually see me using her now, though I probably won't. Arcade I could see me using and did use before his rebalance.

Sable is basically Shock version of Kate Bishop now plus Kraven

Arcade is basically same with slight improvements in his Sig, poison and defence. But Sable is day and night difference
