Is it just me, or is Northstar still Midstar?

I've been testing Northstar throughout the night after completing the Gods/Cul Necropolis challenge. I swear my r2 northstar is flatly worse than my r1 Odin. I'm just at a loss for words at how pathetic he seems, maybe I'm missing something. Thoughts?

It's just stupid that Odin can get ramped up in under 30 seconds and do 4-5% HP damage in Necro with every sp2

Kebem used to make good balanced attackers now they're doing everything they can to make most attackers come with 9 strings that you have to pull in order to make 10th one actually do something. 👎

I haven’t tested him out but I heard he’s currently bugged, so I’ll wait for the bug fix
