Yes I'm facing this issue
& Second my some champions colours been gone it's looking colourless

You need to immediately close and reopen the game when that happens. Had that happen on my one GC match I did and I got in in time to have 5 seconds to choose my 3 bans. Not ideal, but you can play around it.

oh I thought the only way to deal with the issue was to immediately close the game and uninstall. Sadly, I didn't make it back to the match, but I haven't seen the issue since.
