From the sig ability, every 4% of max health the opponent tries to heal while heal blocked, they will take X damage depending on sig level

If you are talking about the instant degen, it's only 1076 damage at r3 sig 20 for every 4% health blocked. It's not proportional to the actual amount of health lost. So I doubt that will do much. I will lean on She Hulk and despair for that fight.

His regen is also not like wol wolvie so u can guilly the fight only at 30% which just use she hulk it be shredded then and no healing since too many debuffs

We'll be fine, despair with she hulk or her spectre is the way to go. Vision could also work with his heal block.
