Intercepting is not a bs mechanic, its a basic part of the game and has been for years

Nah honestly whoever designed the deathless vision portion of this should be out of the industry. This is supposed to be a fun game not a kick in the nuts from intercepting and heal block mechanics that don’t work. People can’t even explain how vision gets heal block lol.

Vision inflicts his Heal Block when his Power Drain reduces the Opponent's Power below a Bar of Power, and it works unless the Defender is immune to Heal Block or Power Drain / Burn.

We're not going to attack the Designers of Champions just because you aren't personally a fan of that character's kit.
