Ticket for Paragon Gauntlet disappear

I finished EQ Thronebreaker at 100% then claim the ticket to acces to the Paragon Gauntlet then it disappear just like that.

Same problem. After my exploring eq, game just crushed when I click to claim Gauntlet ticket. Then I found there was no ticket claiming anymore and I couldn’t get into paragon gauntlet.

Me too except no crash. Claimed key but gauntlet wouldn’t let me in. Restarted game still no entry.

I have the same problem.
I claimed the ticket. There were no cashes involved.
I just cannot access the paragon gauntlet for some reason

Same issue.
Just used all my energy refills to complete the thronebreaker difficulty + paragon gauntlet in one go but couldn't.
I claimed the ticket but the gauntlet is still locked
