Juggernauts special 2 has a problem

I played bg today and when I used juggs sp2 he did a clapping motion like hulk’s sp2 and did no damage. I tried this in ROL as well and the same thing happened. What is this?

    For some reason the first discussion I created for this an hour or two ago got deleted or something since I can’t find it in my discussion. Unrelated to this issue but still weird.

    Just a minute, someone will come and let you know that Kabam has already posted an announcement about this due to hundreds and hundreds of posts about these (Juggs, Spiral, bright skins, cloudy/fire backgrounds, etc).

    Appreciate all of you for responding and Kalam for the quick response. I do feel embarrassed about asking about a bug that had already been addressed days ago by the Game Team.
