Juggernauts special 2 has a problem

I played bg today and when I used juggs sp2 he did a clapping motion like hulk’s sp2 and did no damage. I tried this in ROL as well and the same thing happened. What is this?

Just a minute, someone will come and let you know that Kabam has already posted an announcement about this due to hundreds and hundreds of posts about these (Juggs, Spiral, bright skins, cloudy/fire backgrounds, etc).
