Deathless 2.0 and continuation of "Pain"-Seasons

The last year was one of the most entertaining in terms of challengeing content. The whole SoS, WoW, AoA etc was such a good way to keep up content, and give meaningful rewards to players, and the deathless chase was also so much fun, with a pretty damn good reward at the end.

I'm wondering, and I really hope there are plans to continue this in March, after the last gauntlet is gone. And hopefully, after the Deathless saga ends, we will have something new to look for.

Id love a set of tuned down act 8-9 bosses as trophy champs.

Agreed. Things like Eternity of Pain, WoW, SoS, etc, have been extremely fun. Using Champs you don't normally use for objectives, having to fight certain Champs a different way than you're used to...it's been a super refreshing change, rather than just "Punch enemy until they KO"

I feel like the eidols should have been this but I guess we should expect these to just be handed out? Unless Isophyne was an exception release and the others will be chase champs?

That’s my working theory too. I won’t be surprised to see them each drop with a way to earn them which is why they won’t be in the Titans.

Hopefully the others will be earned through game play and less of a login/event mechanism

For some stupid reason Kebem thinks doing 10+ funny node fights should award class 6r5 gem in 2025,

Just give class T6 selector and let players decide if they want to 7r2 or 6r5?

As someone who recently explored 6.1.6, full agree. Not sure if it's something with The Champion in general, or if they tweaked something for the specific fight, but there were times I would clearly Dex, and I wouldn't get hit, but it wouldn't count as a Dex. On average, I'd have to Dex 2-3 times for it to count as one.

I could totally see it, but those pieces would have to be tied to more permanent content. Or objectives like "achieve GC in a battlegrounds season". That would be cool

Would have been cool if they had done a "Through the Years event" that was set up similar to the Variant where you had to use various rarities to complete it, crucible style. 7 paths, 7 rarities. Let's make it happen.

you’re talking the Showcase, right? yeah, it’s hard to get excited about that once you’re in the 7* game well enough. Imma do them, but it’s not enough excitement for the rewards to balance the effort.

Seasons of Suffering (as a group)? sure! hated some of the fights, but each individually, and taken as a whole, have been great. Kabam has (mostly) scaled the challenge and the rewards on that content awfully well. I busted my posterior, and it felt like it paid off for me. Deathless chase as well. they gotta know how successful it’s been, and hopefully use those lessons going forward. THIS type of content is what Sagas should be.

again, ymmv; it’s all optional, we all have choices on what to play or pass on.

That other war showcase at least gives Titan shards.

Not worth anything in 2025,
My suggestion is to just give T-6 catalysts and let players decide if they want to 6r5 or 7r2 a champion.
