Should I do Threat Level 5 AND 4 each week ?

Will we have enough of the “KIMOYO BEADS” to do Threat Level 5 AND 4 to 100% on the “DEATHLESS-RITUAL” Side-quest for every week ? I wasn’t sure if I should do the Threat Level 4 along with Threat Level 5 this week and forthcoming weeks..

I did the Threat Level 5 four times; you get the same mysterium each time (even after 100% exploration) and also the objective reward. I assume Threat Level 4 has less mysterium and also doesn't satisfy the objective.
