What are we doing to keep these from expiring?

Besides obviously using them, Besides AOA, How else can I farm T6CC? Does the sunnoners sigil allow you extra T6CC space? It doesn't specify, Maybe kabam can come out with a T6CC subscription card?

There really isn't anything to specify. They made the offer available to all Valiants, they didn't say buy as much as you want and they'll make up for what you need to use it all. The offer was initially to make up for the T6CC and T5CC overflow as a result of the banquet crystals. Choosing to overflow over the basic and alpha catalysts wasn't made available to prep for an overflow of class catalysts after the fact.

As far as T6cc is concerned, you've got:
15% available daily in the super daily event selector
250% available weekly for 15k in the BG store (another 250% available in selectors for more)
100% available for 5400 glory weekly
40% month from calendar
100% per month from SQ
Other drips and drabs elsewhere through raids and other stuff.

Realistically, you can go after a roughly guaranteed 18-20 T6CC in a month, more if there are other avenues or you perform in higher level AQ or AW.

Thanks, you're right, my issue has been not having enough basic and alpha cats, I was saving my T6CC so the basics were always the bottleneck, and before this sale came out I used all of my BG currency to buy basic and alpha cats after the banquet event.

Also 13+ T6CCs from 9.1, but then you also get more T3As and T6Bs, so you'll still have an overflow, although I guess those new ones would expire later...

There is a kind of irony here. People were complaining that this discount deal was only offered to the whales, so then Kabam extended it to average joes like you and me. But now the average joes can't use them because they don't have access to the other necessary components that the whales already had, which is why they were offered the deal to begin with.

It's like if people got mad that billionaires were getting free yacht leases, so then everyone was offered such leases, except non-billionaires have nowhere to dock the yachts or the money to fuel them, etc....

One solution is to take a lot of 6*s to rank 4. Then you don’t have to use t6cc.

9.1 was mentioned; each path that starts with gold end with (3)25% crystals (iirc?).
also, 8.4 has paths with (3) 5% t6c as well.
poke around other content, see if there’s something you overlooked. it’s a good enough reason to play catch up and complete some more.
and it sounds like you already considered the BG and Alliance stores…
